Monday: 2 miles, 20 min elliptical, 10 min strength & abs
Tuesday: REST
Wednesday: 3 miles, 20 min elliptical
Thursday: 3 miles, 20 min elliptical
Friday: 20 min elliptical
Saturday: Blossom Trail 10k/6.2 miles(unofficial time according to my Nike+ 1:07)
Sunday: 2 miles, hill climbing/hiking 20 minutes
