Workout Log 3/11-3/17

Sunday-REST DAY
Monday- 3.18 miles, 20 min elliptical
Tuesday- 3.28 miles
Wednesday- 7.60 miles
Thursday- REST DAY
Friday- 2.18 miles
Saturday- 4.09 miles

Didn't feel great all week (cold? bad allergies?) so I didn't get any workouts in, besides running. Hoping to do more elliptical & strength training this week.
