August Goals

Making long term goals is hard for me, I tend to forget and get side tracked. I would much rather make several short term goals and actually reach them. 

I've already mentioned my "long term" goal is to get down to 156 by Christmas (so approximately 30 lbs to lose)

Here are my goals for the month of August:

1. Lose 1 pound a week
2. Log my food on MyFitnessPal (RunThisWeigh if you're on there)
3. 80+ ounces of water a day
4. Spend at least 30 min a day for my "quiet time" (devotions, bible, prayer)
5. Spend intentional time with the kids each day- no phones, TV, computer to distract. Give them my undivided attention, they deserve it.
